I build automations for the tasks where businesses spend hours on manual handling of requests, messages, documents and data.

Before automation I ran my own business — and that's where I saw how processes actually break: the missed message, the spreadsheet nobody updates, the step that lives in one person's head. So I start with the process, not the tool: I map how the work actually flows, then build the architecture around it.

Where ready-made integrations run out, I write the logic in code — JavaScript and Python. And I keep the system transparent and clear for the client, not a "black box".

Infrastructure

By default I deploy automations on self-hosted infrastructure (n8n, Docker) — the solution runs on the client's own capacity, data doesn't go to third-party services and there's no lock-in to someone else's SaaS limits. If the client prefers cloud or their own stack, I work that way too.
